Annual HTHBA Golf Tournament at Cummings Cove Golf Course

The HTHBA Annual Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, April 27th at Cummings Cove Golf Course located at 20 Cummings Cove Park Way in Hendersonville. Check-in and lunch will begin at 11:00 am with a shot gun start at 12:00 pm. Cost is $95 per player or $380 for a team. There will be cash prizes for net and gross. The entry deadline is April 24th. Annual TEAM Day Fundraiser at Southern Appalachian Brewery in Hendersonville

It's that time of year again for the Annual TEAM Day Fundraiser at the Southern Appalachian Brewery located at 822 Locust St. in Hendersonville. This year's event is sponsored by GBS Building Supply. Tickets are $25 and include dinner, live music and your choice of tasting flight, pint or glass of wine. Back by popular demand will be the cornhole tournament. Space is limited so enter today! Builder Breakfast at Builders FirstSource in Brevard with speaker Daniel Cobb, City of Brevard Planning Director

The City of Brevard along with Builders FirstSource and The Henderson-Transylvania HBA will be providing information and seeking public input regarding a project to revise and improve the standards of growth and development for the city. The city Planning Department has been working with Demetri Bachs of the consulting firm Metrocology, and a stakeholder group made up of local citizens since June of 2015 reviewing the city's development standards. Brevard has had a zoning ordinance since May 1946 which has been updated many times over the last several decades.
