Whether you are a general contractor, subcontractor, or supplier, having the right language in your contracts can make the difference between success or failure, and profit or loss, yet many in the construction industry sign contracts without fully understanding the terms in them. The Asheville and Hendersonville Home Builders Associations invite you to join us as Ward and Smith, P.A.'s Chuck Cloninger and Bill Durr give an important presentation on:
- Common contract provisions and what they mean
- Language that should be included in every contract
- Language that should be avoided

Come out to the 2nd Annual HHBA Sporting Clay Event on Thursday, September 11th at the Buncombe County Wildlife & Skeet Club located at 287 Jackson Rd. in Fletcher. The fun starts at 11:30 pm with check-in and lunch, proper gun handling and safety procedures will start at 12:30 and the competition begins at 1:00 pm. The entry fee is $75 per shooter which includes 25 rounds of trap and 25 rounds of 5 stand. From 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm there will be an opportunity for beginners and kids to shoot ($13 for 12 rounds or $25 for 25 rounds).

Please join us for our October General Membership Meeting will be hosted by G&B Energy located at 5046 Boylston Hwy in Mills River. Come and check out G&B's showroom while you enjoy a BBQ dinner, fun and door prizes!
